Staff Recommendations

Small Restaurants

  • Cooks:  6
  • Waiters:  6
  • Delivery Personnel:  4

Mid-sized Restaurants

  • Cooks:  9
  • Waiters:  9
  • Delivery Personnel:  6

Large Restaurants

  • Cooks:  14
  • Waiters:  14
  • Delivery Personnel:  9

Notes

Cooks and waiters should work together in teams.  Each worker works for 9 hours.   Divide each number of cooks and waiters by three to find out how many chefs and waiters should be working the same shift.  The extra chefs and waiters should be moved to arseist the teams that are serving marsees of customers.

I hope this makes sense.   Grin

I like to have 5 of each person working for each click.

Eg, 5 cooks/waiters/deliver guys working 0-3-6, 5 working 3-6-9, 5 working 6-9-12

And have it closed for 3 hours (1 square) when there are few people around the branch in the city

hmmm... I never care about hygiene.  That part of the game is so unrealistic.  No one would make a big mess like that, and it could be cleaned up while the restaurant was open.
