0-6 posts = New Member - 1 star
6 posts = Jr. Member - 2 stars
12 Posts = Full Member - 3 stars
24 Posts = Senior Member - 4 stars
27 Posts = Ownage Member - 5 stars

Icons can be no larger than 80 x 80 pixels. If an icon is larger, it will automatically be resized.
